CNC Swiss Screw Machining
With our 5 new Haas VF2 and VF3 (4 axis) Super Speed Machining Centers we are capable to machine parts at 12,000 RPM thus providing excellent finish. Our CNC Machining department offers a wide varity of simple and complex machining. Our jobs range from small aluminum blocks to large complex manifolds. To view our equipment list click here
Our new Haas SL20 ar eequipped with C - axis (live tooling). We are able to manufacture complex cylindrical parts with milling applications without secondary milling operation. This ensures that the parts will never lose their accuracy. To view our equipment list click here
CNC Swiss Screw Machine
Our company offers scew machine service for mid-high production components. With machines running 12 hour a day 6 days a week we are capable to meet high production quotas in very short period of time. Parts range from 1/16 inch in diameter up to 1 inch in diameter.
CNC Punching and Bending
We offer in house sheet metal fabrication. Our sheet metal department produces parts such as simple brackets to complex chasis and assemblies.
Prototype, Assembly, and Enginering Service
At ISH Precision Machine Corp., we understand that every big project starts with a single prototype. We welcome individuals and corporations to work side by side to bring the product from drawings or concept to physical component or assembly.
